Midday musing

I am at work, and I really don't want to be here. I'm tired, and sleepy, and a bit cranky. I hate being this way at work because my job requires me to be generally pleasant and accommodating, which I'm usually OK with, but my oh my, I do just wish the day would end already. Remind me never to go to a Sunday night bbq, especially with Shannon and Joseph. At least I made it in to work today, unlike poor Joseph. He asked us to be his drinking buddies ... probably a bad idea on his part =P

Random incident of the day (conversation occured over IM, of course)
Me: LOL
Me: this very normal, kind of older dude came in
Me: wearing slacks and a button down shirt
Me: and went inside the building
Me: and then he came back out
Me: with a colorful propeller hat on
Grace: ahahah
Grace: what??
Grace: why??
Grace: and where did he acquire the hat?
Me: hahah I dunno
Me: that's the best part
Me: you're just like wtf?
Grace: hahaha
